Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on you can tick in your cart. It is handled directly by Brantworth: no third party, no claim portal, no adjuster.

Shipping Protection

Most parcels arrive exactly as they should. Once in a while one doesn't: it goes missing between scans, turns up crushed, or disappears from the doorstep. Add Shipping Protection and any of those becomes our problem instead of yours.

What's covered

  • Lost in transit. Carrier tracking has shown no update for 10 business days, or the carrier confirms the parcel is lost.
  • Damaged in transit. The parcel or the items inside arrive damaged. Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the items and the box.
  • Stolen after delivery. Tracking shows the parcel delivered, but it never reached you. Tell us within 7 days of the delivery scan.

What we do

Once your claim is confirmed, we send a free replacement of the affected items (free US shipping) or, if you prefer, refund what you paid for them. There is nothing to send back.

How to make a claim

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email, or use the contact form at brantworth.com/pages/contact, with your order number.
  2. Tell us what happened. For damage, attach a photo of the items and the box.
  3. We usually reply within one business day and take it from there. No forms, no portals.

What's not covered

  • An address entered incorrectly at checkout.
  • A parcel that was refused, or returned to us unclaimed.
  • Delivery addresses outside the United States.
  • Sizing, fit or change-of-mind returns. Those are handled under our Refund Policy.

Good to know

  • Shipping Protection applies to the order it was bought with and covers one replacement shipment or refund for that order.
  • If you return your whole order, the Shipping Protection fee is refunded along with it.

Please note: Shipping Protection is a service commitment from Brantworth, not an insurance policy, and is not underwritten by an insurer. It adds to, and does not limit, our Refund Policy and any rights you have under the law.
